Key Definitions

"Service" means any service that is provided by Construction Reduction to Customers, which includes, but is not limited to: information, services and products provided through the website, or by telephone or email.

"Trade Professionals", "Tradesman", "Tradesmen" and "Tradespeople" means any person who registers on the website in order to quote for work on jobs posted by Customers.

Construction Reduction Overview

Construction Reduction provides an online facility for members of the Public, for tradesmen and for Builders Providers to interact and both request and offer services and quotes.

Accuracy of Web Site Content

Although Construction Reduction makes every attempt to ensure that it all web site content is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information on this website, and are not liable for any problems or losses arising from errors in the content.

In using the services provided by Construction Reduction, you acknowledge that Construction Reduction is not acting as a contractor or agent and is not responsible for any work done. It is the responsibility of the Customer to select a suitable Trade Professional or Builders Provider and to negotiate the terms for any work that they undertake, and Construction Reduction will not be involved or held liable for the agreement between the Customer and Trade Professional or between Trade Professional and Builders Providers.

We recommend that any Customer, before entering into a contract with any Trade Professional or Builders Providers, obtains confirmation of insurance cover, guarantees, qualifications and any other necessary document. If you suffer any problems or losses as a result of acting on the information provided outside of the web site, Construction Reduction will not be liable.

Content

You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from Construction Reduction, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You are entirely responsible for all content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service.

You understand that Construction Reduction does not control, and is not responsible for content made available through the service. Furthermore, the Construction Reduction site and content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Construction Reduction. Construction Reduction makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such website.

Your interactions with organisations and/or individuals found on or through the Website and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organisations and/or individuals. You agree that Construction Reduction shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between Users on this Website, or between Users and any third party, you understand and agree that Construction Reduction is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other Users, you hereby release Construction Reduction, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.

Payment Terms

1. A free service to consumers
2. €50 (incl. VAT) will be charged to all trades people upon registration. This will allow them unlimited access to the site for a period of 1 full year.
3. Tradesman lead fees will be between €2 and €25 per lead, depending on estimated job size.
4. Builders Providers will be charged the following amounts depending on the duration of their registration period; €1,000 for 12 months; €500 for 6 months and €300 for 3 months.

Technical Data

We reserve the right to collect technical data about the type of browser software or operating system you are using for the purposes of tracking site use, or improving the service offered through our website. This information will be not used to identify you personally. We may also place a 'cookie' on your hard drive to make help us identify you when you return to the site so that your preferences can be stored and will only be used for these purposes. You can remove 'cookies' from your computer at any time, and choose to disable 'cookies' in your internet browser settings.

Changes

Construction Reduction reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions from time to time. As a User of the website, you are responsible for acknowledging any updates of these terms and conditions by visiting this section. Any significant changes in the terms and conditions will be followed by notification emails to all active Users.

Limitations

You acknowledge that Construction Reduction may establish limits concerning use of the Website, including the maximum number of days that content will be retained by the website, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored by the Website, and the frequency with which you may access the website.

You agree that Construction Reduction has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by the Website. You also acknowledge that Construction Reduction reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that Construction Reduction shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any services.

Termination of service

You agree that Construction Reduction, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the website, immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the website, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Construction Reduction believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the terms.

Further, you agree that Construction Reduction shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the website. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the website after said termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
